Companies of all sizes are choosing to customize masks as a way to support their employees and broader customer community.
Doing so does two things well.
It shows their employees they care about their well being inside and outside of the workplace, and it also gives their customers a chance to receive (whether it’s purchased or gifted) a mask with a message or logo that embodies their brand.
We’ve worked with dozens of companies throughout greater Iowa to ensure they have masks that are functional, safe, and on-brand. We continue to get new orders for this necessary item and we are proud to support the health of Iowans and beyond.
Here’s what you can expect in the process of selecting and designing your own custom masks.
We’ve learned that our approach to branded merchandise – listening to customers and delivering just the right products – is exactly what was needed for face masks.
We incorporate our customer’s logo and branding into all of our custom face mask options, and these images are all examples of our clients’ projects. Check out the different designs we’ve made so far for our clients.
Our customers and their audience have lots of opinions on mask construction and fit, similar to their preferences with logo’d apparel. We have a mask option to meet every fit request, including small and large adult as well as youth sizes. Some people like stretchy elastic earloops, and some prefer a tie or an ear loop that’s adjustable.
The mask can be flat, or a more structured fit with tapering at the nose and chin. We can add a metal nosepiece to prevent eyeglass fogging. We provide samples to customers, and this has been even more important with masks since it’s helpful to wear them for a while to make sure the fit works.
We have learned to read and watch the latest guidance on masks and offer masks that meet or exceed these guidelines. The masks we sell are 2-ply, either 100% microfiber poly or a poly/cotton combination, all with a tight weave yet breathable for a comfortable fit.
We can add an additional layer of fabric or a pocket for a filter for a thicker barrier. Generally masks are available in cotton, microfiber polyester or a combination of those two fabrics.
What about gaiters? Some of our customers prefer a stretchy neck gaiter to a mask, especially those who are in construction or manufacturing. A sturdy, well-constructed gaiter is a great barrier, and if a 2-ply construction is important we have options for those.
We have very nice face masks that start at $2.50/each, and suppliers with minimums as low as 25 or 50 quantity. Turnaround time can be as fast as a week or two, generally around 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.
